A Lithuanian party game. A TV or laptop becomes the shared screen and everyone’s phone becomes a controller. No app to install: scan a QR code and the whole room is playing seconds later.
The challenge
Build a Lithuanian party game a whole group can start playing in seconds: no app to install, just a shared screen and everyone’s own phone.
My contribution
Concept, art direction and design system, 14 characters, game content and marketing. I contribute to the functionality through Claude Code. The game is built together with a colleague.
The implementation
- An art direction called “the notice board”: flat colours, a hand-drawn line, one main motion per screen and visual and sound feedback on every tap.
- Every screen is designed for two sizes, phone and TV. The game runs in real time: every screen sees the same moment.
- Freemium model: playing is always free, a premium pass unlocks every collection.
- For marketing I built a template system: one template plus one data record becomes a finished video or ad.
The outcome
- Live product: kaspernesamone.lt
- 4 games, more than 2,000 cards and 16 collections
- 14 characters, each with 5 emotions
- A new ad creative takes minutes instead of hours
What I learned
We test ads like a product: several creatives, different messages, and we only keep developing what people actually tap.
