A WooCommerce plugin for shops. It watches how fast every product sells, takes refunds back off demand, and says what to order today and how many. The cost is recorded against the order line at the moment of sale, so last month never recalculates.
The challenge
Store software tells you what sold, but almost none of it tells you what is left and what to reorder. An online store needs to see real profit and restock in time.
My contribution
Product positioning, UX/UI, visual identity and copy; I also contribute to the functionality. Built together with a colleague.
The implementation
- The plugin calculates each product’s sales velocity, subtracts refunds and says what to order today and how much.
- Cost is recorded on the order line at the moment of sale, so past months never recalculate.
- I cut the product page from 18 sections to 7; its cards show real interface fragments built from product data.
- Content is split into three layers – brand, product and platform – so a Shopify version can be added without rewriting pages.
The outcome
- In development, not yet released
- Documented architecture, measured performance and test coverage
What I learned
Copy has to speak the buyer’s language. If the product does not know something, it says so openly instead of hiding it in a footnote.
